I am a bilingual Mental Health Clinician in the state of Florida. After receiving my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University, I have assisted a variety of individuals ranging from adolescents to adults experiencing anxiety, depression, severe trauma, and PTSD. I help clients manage life adjustments, relationship difficulties, and self-esteem. I focus treatment on developing effective life skills, coping mechanisms, successful stress management, and assertiveness training. Some of the therapeutic techniques I utilize are cognitive behavior therapy, solution-focused and mindfulness. Therapy is not a one size fits all and my aim is to choose the best tools customized to the needs of my clients to help them grow and achieve their goals.

Soy una especialista de salud mental en el estado de Florida. Yo doy servicios en español de psicoterapia individual para adolescentes y adultos. Me especializo en ayudar a personas a manejar problemas de ansiedad, depresión, trauma, transiciones de vida, y autoestima. Ayudó a clientes a manejar sus emociones, desarrollar mecanismos de supervivencia, y efectivo manejo del estrés. Yo entiendo que un tipo de terapia no es para todos. Mi meta es apoyar a mis clientes a progresar aplicando diferentes herramientas y terapias adaptadas para su vida. En mi encontraras una persona que le escuchara y le ayudará a encontrar soluciones para sus problemas.
