Coronavirus Interim

During these difficult times, we are working hard to be on the front line to offer dedicated care to all our patients and to protect our local communities. We are committed to our patients’ health and to remove the barriers that we all face in delivering safe, efficient and high-quality care. To honor this commitment, Office of Mental Health and insurance companies announced that mental health services can be maintained and will be covered for our patients via telemedicine. Our practice currently has in place a HIPAA compliant platform to render such services through telemedicine. We have been trying to reach out to as many of our patients as possible to reassure them that we are here for them for guidance and mental help. It is crucial for our patients not to discontinue their treatment, as it can put them at risk of relapse and risk of hospitalization.

We need to clarify that our office is currently closed, and we are not rendering in office/ in person psychiatric visits or psychotherapy sessions. All sessions are being held via telemedicine.

 

Before Your Appointment

No walk-ins are accepted, and patients need to call the office first if they need to stop by the office for various reasons, such as completion of their medical paperwork.

At The Time of Your Appointment

✔ Masks are mandated inside the office.

✔ Patients need to come in alone, and children can come in with one parent only.

✔ Patients cannot come in the office if they have fever over 99 degrees, if they have respiratory symptoms, if they have been in contact with a sick or positive Covid-19 case or or if they have traveled outside of their state of residence or left the country.

✔ Only cards are accepted as method of payment (debit, credit and Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express).

One of our administrative staff will confirm your appointment with your medical provider and will assist you in creating your client portal for your telemedicine session. If you are unable to speak to our staff, please leave a voicemail so we can get back to you as soon as possible.
